The same way you change it to a greyscale, you go to Image>Mode>RGB.
I use Photoshop CS3, so your options may be in different places. If you're using a trial version by the way, lots of options are limited.

hmmmm ya know increasing your Tolerance level does the same thing ya kno other then wdening but either way , you did a good job explainin' XD

@SophiatheFox49 Yeah, but sometimes it doesn't always work as well. I do a little of both, but with the selection tool I prefer to expand and check. And of course, I always check over the tiny details with a little brush afterwards.
