A really great tip. When an agent posts a home on their website for sale. Don't take 7 pics of the outside and none inside and expect buyers to take notice of the home. After the first 2 pics(ft &bk) of the yard, the buyer wants to see the inside too. It screams out that the realtor is trying to hide something or doesn't care.

number one tip: answer your phone, agents. When mentioning a monthly payment all terms of the note need to be discussed at the same time, to stay in compliance with fair lending laws
