If people were wondering, thersa conection to the story in every level, you start at a flower ( what he placed on the grave) and work your way to a green box ( what he used as the grave) just thought it was interesting

We're playing the doctor because in the intro he talks about himself and in the final level he says: "are you sure you're leaving?" And the doctor's observation says that Jack told him his story as he did to us.
