Linda, you look like a very nice lady. CPS is NOT a very nice agency. They are the sickos and sociopaths. THEY are the ones who need to be picked up by judicial order and put into a whacko camp until further notice. Compassionate taxpayers should just accept autistic parents and oppose CPS criminals to the max. They are on a power trip and they like to annoy people, particularly those who are not employed as lawyers or those who are social services racketeers.

Im an Autistic individual currently running for Township Supervisor, and I wanna say hang in there, I have a friend who is also on the spectrum that had to battle with CPS too, she started documenting things and taking photos after they seized her 1st child and she got smart when they tried to seize 2nd child.
Anyways hang in there and keep the faith
In Christ

Being an autistic young adult myself this kind of makes me worried about when I get older and if I decide to have kids. Is your situation getting any better? :(
-
@RPM1978 - I am the friend... Thanks Ryan for speaking out... It took me 1 year to get my children. Document everything. Do everything your lawyer says. Complete all their "goals" whether you agree or disagree with them -complete the goals anyway. Don't miss 1 visit... Attend all visits. Don't be late. Show your love infront of supervised visits. Don't have any negative in visits- they will try to put that in reports against you. The rule for CPS - keep EVERYTHING POSITIVE... Talk positive, etc.
-
i dont think discussing this on the internet is a good idea, might have back lashes when it comes time to go to court.
-
Hi, Linda, is anything new with your case?
-
@BlueDragonsBlood I'm sorry to hear that your ex did that to you. Best of luck in regaining custody of your two older children.
-
You are an inspiration...I havnt been dealing well with what happened to my two eldest over a year ago. Dealing with my ex and his family has been living hell, but if it wasnt for my loving husband and two younger children.... They are my everything in helping me as much as possible.
My prayers are with you and I too hope to retain physical custody of my eldest babies again too. I miss them so much, I only see them every other weekend and certain holidays. Blessings to all who are autistic.

I too am a married, autistic mother of 4 children with autism and stuggle with depression and anxiety disorders. 2 of my oldest are from a previous marriage and my doctor and I are very frustrated with the fact my 11 year old son more than likely has aspergers but my ex husband doesnt want to have him tested appropriately, so now he will go through all the crap I have with misdiagnoses etc that I also had. My ex used my disabilites against me to take physical custody from a loving mom too.. :(

The fact that he does or does not have autism dosent matter u r all hypocrites cause u people r the ones who say it dosent matter
-
@mattbbuck Autism is a disorder of the brain which effects people differently, nothing to do with the mind. Unfortunately it can lead to disability, depending on the servereness of the condition, fortunatly though as you stated(I'm the friend who he refered by the way)I have it as well and anxiety depression. I can also understand what the nice lady here is going through and I hope she'll have her kids back. Though I know you meant well matt, the religious part was alittle rude mate.
-
@blab1983 but a mental condition is not as basic as a physical condition no?
-
autism isnt a disability its a state of mind this is what i believe i understand what you go through everyday cause i have the same thing i also have a friend who has it and depression so you may want to talk to him too i think believe you have done alot despite your misfortunes you only fault in my view is religion if you wanna talk about anything just skype me or something
-
im so sorry thats not fair! People are so rude! stay strong! i belive in you!

Something just isn't 'right' here. How did social services become involved in the first place?
You look/sound as if you are MORE than capable of caring for your children!!!
Have you sought a lawyer that will take this on pro-bono?
I pray for you.
-
Amen!!!!
-
to me its discrimination, to take away your children.
-
Linda, you have my thoughts and prayers. You already have your girls..in your heart and no one can take that away.
God Bless.
-
Hi Linda, you are you, a mother.
Your girls will be strong because of you, and will always love you for it.
Those who took your children will be held to account one day.
Take care.

Our family is also an Aspergers family. They used to call us the Nutter family which is so cruel, but that's the way people are when they can't cope with stuff they don't understand.
I have never been diagnosed with Autism but I have all the indications ,and I am also a strong woman and that strength comes from my faith in Jesus Christ. They tried to take my son off me and I had to fight like hell to stop them, but I won. You WILL get your children back, by the grace of God yes you will!
-
And you are so right to tell people "never give up!" Great Video - please make more. You seem like a wonderful person.
Your strength in God in your darkest hour is refreshing.
Jesus* Bless your heart in Him.
I pray you have your girls back soon an for your good health in Jesus* name... Amen

@Terri3210 Thank you as I have to because that was in the very beginning 3 mos. in it's been just over 2 yrs. I have been fighting for my precious girls and I have an older daughter turning 27 in June so this is unreal and it's gotten so bad visits went from 2 1/2 hrs once a week to 1 hr to 2x a month and my youngest more affected has not seen me in 7 mos. due to a falsified report & my oldest was just sexually assaulted and I called to make the police report NOT them. Please keep us in prayer.
