"Atshinglingyi", our remix of a beautiful piece written by a fantastic musician from England, our friend Simon, who wrote it for the South African-British musical "Elephant", which we played the music for as a band back in December 2005 at the Market Theatre, Johannesburg, South Africa...again, Sankofa is here playing at the House of Nsako, 21 November 2009 - this magical piece has such nourishing colours...thank you Simon for allowing us to recreate this masterpiece and give it Sankofa energy and flavour...enjoy!
