@SHOCKstarMIKE - I actually was surprised (a bit). Not that it was a "real answer"... but that someone finally gave me a specific timeframe. Obviously it has to do with the individuals drive and motivation to excel at both the techniques, principles other factors that go into self-protection (above the sport of jiu-jitsu). If you want to post a link to the final question, then make the link GO DIRECTLY TO THE ANSWER, not the homepage of your website. Seriously, be a dude, man

@metalmankeith - All our interviews are under "10 Questions". Our page has (what is becoming) a long list of amazing interviews. Rener's is down towards the bottom. However, we've just recently included a link in the description that would take you directly there. We just thought Rener's interview was easy enough to find on their own, obviously we were wrong.
