Roland TD-9SX: New TD-9 Module Up Close At Winter NAMM 2008

We take a close look at the TD-9SX's new module and admire all the things made possible by a USB port. Drummers can now drag and drop songs into their module [which already comes pre-loaded with 50 tracks], store their kits, play along, and even mute drum tracks in the loaded songs so they're not competing with any existing parts as they play.

In addition to the new USB features, the module allows for tempo adjustment and scope mode, which gives drummers visual feedback that signals when they're ahead or behind the downbeats.
