I assume you're referring to the window. You need to run at it with A before you jump, or, stand on the platform, Z target and press A to use a Jump Attack forward, which will also break through.

I have a question, why in this game does Link have the Triforce on his right hand but in everything else that he's in it's on his left hand, like Ganon and Zelda?

Because for the Wii version of Twilight Princess, they decided to make Link right-handed so that the sword was in the same hand that your intended to hold the Wiimote in. It felt more natural that way. As long as they were doing that, they decided to flip everything else as well (Hyrule) so that it felt like a different experience playing the two versions. The Japanese are big on collectables, so I think it's really more of an incentive for that audience in particular.

You know what I never understood, why did Zant leave the tears of light with those really weak bugs. If I was him I would of left them with really powerful monsters not those bugs that can be killed with one hit.

I recommend this game, because its a challenging and brain teasing one. On the other-hand, if you want a newer version of zelda i suggest you get skyward sword. If you want a cheap, and good game get this but if your willing to pay the buck get skyward.
