i just cheat a helicopter to win the achievement "under the radar" and it works
but i just cheat fbi bufflafo to win the achievement to catch the most wanted side mission and the 20 current criminals...and it not works
so in math:
i win a achievement! yay actually i can cheat whenever i want! + fuck! how that i didnt win the fucking achievement?! this game is pain in the ass! = what the fuck is wrong with this game?!!!!!!!!

I dont have this game yet but i have san andreas and i love taking a helicopter up to the tallest building in san fierro it has a hole in the middle and just jumping off the building

achievements become locked if you cheat so i dont know how you managed to get this if you spawned a car on top of a roof

certain Achievements become locked, not all. this one happened to be one of the ones that didn't become locked. So it worked.

I didn't try the airport. No desire to get into an Intellectual conversation, so, I didn't care if I cheated. They are called "video games" they are not media to prove who is better in Life. So, I chose the easy/fun way. Put a car on top of a tall building=fun, drive said car off of tall building= Great Epic Fun.
