I'm from Canada which creams are best to try? Heat or Ice ones? My choices are tiger balm, A535, some store brand ones. Some say heat, some say ice ... I caught menthol in there as an ingredient you mentioned, what are the other list of ingredients that I'm mainly looking for in a cream and I'll try and get something close to it. There were so many choose from, I didn't know which was best. Thank you for the video :)
