Not quite up to my 140 kg standard they used to be at this depth

bests:

120 Kg (No knee bend, or very little)
140 Kg (Above parallell)

However, It's good enough for a 140 kg clean and jerk in my opinion. So... Squats....

  • easy power clean, why "semi" ?

  • @portugaljoao777 it was a bit low for my liking lol

  • Mike, I don't know if thats an evil lol or a feebly one, I pray its the later. I'm thinking if the weight your pulling is way under yur deadlift mad, u show be able to pull it high snuff to make it under. My mad d.l 315lb yet I'm wondering if I can pull 175 high enuff

  • its to do with faster muscle co-ordination and practice. it takes less force to power clean a weight than a deadlift in any case but because the movement is generally so much quicker the muscles cant come to tension isometrically like they can in a squat, so without practice it can be very difficult to power clean anything near your deadlift.
