faststang sent me a long email telling me "not to run my mouth". bahahaha..maybe he's the drunken ass who got arrested. I reported only what I saw. I owe him no explaination. He claims a civil suit is in progress against the cops...
Why did I keep coming back and commenting? You dumba**.... comments were all part of a dialogue in one post. must be the drunk man since he's still on the topic writing me an email about something that I have not thought about since it happened.GO TO AA jerk.
LiveWellLaughOftenLv--- I am sorry you are mis informed here, or clearly have a biased view. First of all, what were YOU doing in a diner at 2am if you were not out in morristown having a few drinks? Please don't tell me that you don't drink at all. Also you definately missed something because the officer did not "place his hands" he aggressively grabbed the guy without stating who he was etc. How do you know the man was drunk? Assuming? How come you keep coming back to the video commenting?
faststang...you missed something then. I was sitting and saw the cops walk in, look around the diner first, then walk up to him and one cop bent forward to speak to him and did put his hand on his shirt at his shoulder (I saw it from behind...I was totally sober w/perfect view) and asked him to get up. He got up allright...and started shoving the crap out of the cop and plopped back down. I heard he assaulted someone that night. Angry drunks should stay home and have milk and cookies instead.
I was there by the door for the entire incident. The cops came up and grabbed the gentleman by the shirt near his throat. The guy did not touch or swing at the cops at all. In all reality if he was "resisiting arrest" I am pretty sure that the 3 little cops wuld have had a much harder time taking him down than they did. Those who do not know about the incident probably shouldn't be commenting on it. There was no need to use mace, as he wasn't even putting up a fight. This was excessive force.
db..I don't get where everyone's videos are? A bunch of ppl had their cameras out. Thanks for sharing it....just note it's spelled, "Mace." Hope you had a fun night out along with the free show! I sure did.
@LiveWellLaughOftenLv Thanks for your comments. It's true. Police HAVE to be very defensive when someone has shown aggression. Who knows what that guy was capable of. He assaulted an officer. Now that we know that bit of information, it's clear the police acted properly. IMHO, they took it easy on the guy.
Now the kid talking about how, "unecessary" this was did not see what I did. Before this was taken, the cops came in, asked the guy to leave with them, he stood up and was shoving the cop hard in the upper body and then sat back down like, "F U, I'm not going." I was several booths away and the whole booth was shaking; seemed he was going to throw punches for sure and he was a big-build tall dude. I wished I could have shut the kids up because the cops had a tough job with this ahole!
white bastards ran all the black people out of morristown.
