I actually prefer this to the 2nd but the first is still the best.

The end tournament is great, OG just obliterates all his opponents, he takes a couple of hits but all in all just mashes up the other fighters.

Jalal and Loren reprise their roles for a third time, with the worst acting possible of course, but they are both charasmatic at least.

It is a satisfactory conclusion to a good trilogy, Circuit 4 perhaps?
