PSP Clear Blue Housing Shell Mod Demo

This is the finished version of my PSP after I completely took apart the shell and put all the parts into the new clear blue one. Very cool... but not the most entertaining process.

To answer many of your questions...

I bought this housing shell on eBay for about $25 (includes shipping) from a US seller.

You need to buy your own size zero (0) screw driver. The one that comes with the shell is way too small to use.

The name of the shell's color is clear/transparent blue.

The shell is fairly sturdy but it is thinner than the official Sony shell that the PSP comes with.

Make sure that you find a good guide before you try modding your PSP. And you need to remember where everything goes. The hardest part in modding a PSP's shell (in my opinion) is putting the UMD door's spring back into place. It took me like an hour.

What color is the analog stick? The one on eBay I found has a clear one, not sure if it will blend in.

If you get a clear analog stick then you should prolly try and get clear buttons just so that it all matches.

Ewwwww why the hell do people like clear housing?Its ugly as hell you can see all the internal parrts wich to me arnt the most pretty things.

That's why nicer computer cases often have plexi glass siding so you can see into it.

@1hebestthereiz1 yes its easily possible. Problem is you'll need to reflash it. You need to get a pandora battery and a magic memory stick.
