@Funndunk I dunno why everyone says dodges has bad comfort? I've ridden them all and dodge is just as good as any competitor. Nowdays, every truck has a great ride. maybe you could argue that for a decade ago, but not now.

I have a 2001 1500 and I found it was a little rough in the small bumps, until you put a 4000 lb trailer with 600 lbs tongue weight, and it absorbs every mountain pothole and bump like it was nothing.

The 6.7 is not even close to legendary. The 5.9 will always be legendary and no other diesel will beat the old cummins

The Ford across the street - 4 engines. The Ford down the street, getting a new engine. Every Ford at work, new tranny, joints. The Ford F250 is one of Forbes 10 worst vehicles list. The Ford does have the largest towing numbers. But honestly, thats all it's good for. (exception f-150)THe Chevy has best comfort and tranny. The Dodge (diesel) is the most reliable and best engine, bad comfort.. Ford has a new engine this year called the skorpion. We'll see how they do.

No the only engine Ford and Navistar created that was junk was the 6.0. The new 6.7 is coming out in the spring of 2010! In the new super duty. Lets see dodge or Gm come out with something to keep up with it. Because it want happen! The new Cummins 6.7 is junk! Yeah its powerful and has decent towing but is still under Ford Super Duty's when it comes to towing! And i know thousands and millions who would agree! Dodge just has nothing to compete!

They ended the contract with Navistar because they build junk engines. Based on your last few posts, I would suggest staying in school another 10 years or so. At that point you should be ready to obtain your GED.
