Many of the founding fathers were deists, not theists, so... no, they didn't all believe in God. Unless you want to compare an old man in the sky who cares about what we do and created us in his own image (silly and dangerous) to a first cause uncaused (which is also silly, but rarely dangerous).

I respect the freedom of religion, so long as that freedom includes the freedom of having no religion, and so long as those that are religious respect the separation of church and state.
