That's Bob Seger. He's been around for years, best known when he was Bob Seger and the Silver Bullets Band. One of his biggest songs, called "Turn the Page", was also about musicians on the road and how hard touring is. Metallica did an awesome cover of it.  He was born back in 1945, sounds pretty darn good for a 64 YO dude!
