wow man im impressed and Ive done some crazzy stuff when it comes to armor like real crazy. now are you just soldering copper wire into it and how are you making the craves to put it in? thanks man

You may find info about wire inlay, it's difficult on thin plate. It has broken up on one place when I slightly bended it. But I had bad tools so that could be one reason. I carve the line to be inlaid and I also cut the walls with a chisel so they lean inwards so the brass wire fills it out and stays. The iron is oxidised with hydrogen peroxide with dissolved salt(as much as possible when warm) and one fifth part vinegar. Warm it with tap water and brush it on, that's the foam you see. #part1

how can I bend a metal cast and fit on bracer?

@sonicfreak04 Casted metal is often brittle so bending it may cause it to crack. Heat may help but it still brittle and depending on what metal alloy it is, it may be brittel even if you heating it up to melting point.

fantastic, i am slowly trying to gather what i need to make armor. so did you "chisle" the section for the wire work and then hammerd the wire into the indention, i understand the filing and the reason, but the color and the weird wax in the sink thing, what was that? and how did you change it to black. thank you for any responce. also any link where i can get more info would be greatly apreciated, ty again

#part 2: wash of and repeat until you have a uniform rust layer. Then you simply boil it in water for about 30-45 min. I use to add a little tea in case it will give some colour to it, the water turns black. Haven't done it so much so I don't know if it has any effect.
