do you really doubt that nuclear fusion is the source of energy stars use, and can be tapped on our planet as well, or is this a big misunderstanding between us two and the point you want to make is a different one?

i will make a note to come back to you when the ITER experiment goes online.

we did it we did it
we have the evidence
we can do it again
fuck off
JET produced net energy

fission?
what kind of fissionable material is present in sufficient quantities at the surface of the sun, and whats your evidence for that?

Nuclear fusion has always been "30-60 years" away...and will continue to be so, ad infinitum.

It matters not what length of time proceeds if currently accepted theories about the interactive nature of subatomic particles continues it's current path.
It's quite obvious you have no idea what you're talking about museken, the fact that an object is surrounded by air molecules has no effect whatsoever on its mass, i think you're confused as to what the definition of mass is. Also its not an objects mass that determines air resistance but its surface area, something with a mass of 1kg could have exponentially greater air resistance than something having a mass of 1000kg dependent on its surface area.
