7 & 8 year olds practicing "Seienchin" for Dantai (Team) Kata competition. Our Shorinkan Dojo is a Hayashi-ha Shitoryu dojo, not Shorin Ryu. The chinese characters for shorin can be written "少林", which means "Small Hayashi".
@gojuryukarateka Phony is probably too strong a word. It is true that International Hayashi-ha is not one of our member dojos, but they do have legitimate roots in Hayashi-ha.
Great job! These kids are better than 99.9% of the so-called Shihans in USA. Compare this kata to the Seienchin video posted by "hayashihakarate" the phony Hayashi-ha splinter group called "International Hayashi-ha" from Seattle, USA. They are by far an extremely inferior style than the real Hayashi-ha in Japan.
