yo its actually better to take a hot shower i mean a shower hotter than you normally take so your bod will try to cool itself down wen you get out of the shower and your cooler in general if you take a cold shower u mite feel cooled of but your body will try to heat up to regulate so you will feel hot not soon after the cooled shower
