Video of US, Russia spy swap planes in Vienna

US and Russian flights believed to be carrying candidates for a 14-person spy swap landed briefly in Vienna, apparently exchanged agents, then took off again, in the largest such deal since the Cold War. A Russian government plane apparently departed with 10 agents deported from the US, while the US plane that brought them in from New York left with four Russians who had confessed to spying for the West.

@yurtaevi What "mission" is that exactly? Those 10 alleged "spies" were never proven to be the actual spies nor did they ever plead guilty to espionage. The 4 western spies on the other hand, did admit their guilt in being spies and pleaded for mercy, which is one of the reasons why the swap happened. You failed to do a proper research for yourself and your country.

You are 100% right. I've heard some of the 10 "spies" didn't even want to stay in Russia after they got swapt. Motherland is great, as long it's on the other side of ocean, I guess.

At first putin himself denied they were spies, a few months later however he even acknowledged they were in fact spies.

@Thorzanek They didn't "admit" their guilt. But they told a Judge in court that they worked under false aliases. They broke the law in America because they failed to register as foreign agents. They had no intention to let people there know what they were up to or what they intentions were.
