FHSS NCC unit got consecutive best unit. But forgot how many . And the sounds you hear @ 0:10 definately come from clowns. the Tsunami Sea Scouts . They do that everytime they are dismissed. But they are pretty bonded and stuff. So shut the crap up .

If i'm not wrong, they got 1st in Singapore in the Best NCC Unit competition in 2006 and 2007. Unless you can grab that award from them fair and square, i suggest you shut up.
