New Tsunami Video: Onagawa engulfed by high water - Japan Earthquake 2011 [stabilized]

This video was shot from a building in the port of Onagawa, Miyagi Prefecture on March 11, 2011. The cameraman escaped on to the rooftop, but the high water of tsunami engulfed the whole town, and even four-story buildings got under water. At 1:47, he uttered an angry groan: "Bloody hell, it's more than 10 meter high!". (Later reports suggest that the tsunami was more than 17 meter high in Onagawa.) Now you can understand that it was one of the most severely damaged areas in this disaster.

I´m preparing a non-profit exhibition about 3/11 - the earthquake and tsunami that hit the east coastline of Japan almost one year ago.

I feel so bad for your people , this can happen anyplace - now we know this , the video speaks to the world , I pray for the people - please move away from radiation , buy imported food and drinks , If I lived in the area , I think I might become a Drunk for my mind would not be right - so so sad :( QC

at 1:52 secs there is a person on a roof?? in the middle of the raging torrent!!! I would find it hard to believe they could have survived,,,,BUT miracles do happen,,,,and they certainly needed a miracle!!!!! Bless them.....
