Psalm 42-43 is a note-for-note transcription of the cantillation symbols as found in the Hebrew texts using the Davidic Cipher by Dennis McCorkle. When the cantillation symbols, thematic and melodic similarities of Psalm 42 and 43 and the lack of a superscription in Psalm 43 are taken into consideration, it is the authors opinion that Psalm 42 and 43 should be considered as one manuscript and not two as traditionally written. For more information on this methodology see MusicoftheBible.com. Vocals were generated using Cantor 2.1 vocal synthesizer.

  • So nice! That musical interpretation -- not just the notes, but all the other stuff that makes music -- seems to make more sense describing these words and ideas than any others I've heard.

  • nice work. I like how the backing track matches the tone of the text. I little more tense.
