Nel 1993 Mark Farmer, dopo l'Irish Round di Brands Hatch nel mondiale SBK, nelle primissime posizioni sul fradicio della seconda manche prima di fermarsi, partecipò alle gare del Sud-Est Asiatico correndo con frequenza in Malesia e Australia. E lo si vide in gara a Johor con la moto intanto dipinta di rosso, a Brands era ancora bianca. In gara 1 caduto in gara 2 a punti in quella occasione dove si vide anche Phillis con lo sponsor Petronas...

Some great footage there. Ive got the video .... ive had it for years. Great to see Jason McEwen when he was on the britten. I saw him and Andrew Stroud race the britten several times here in NZ. But it never looked better than on the streets of Wanganui and Paeroa. I have a a photo of the britten racing at Ruapuna signed by both John Britten and Jason McEwen. Its framed on my wall.

I never knew joey rode the britten! was fortunate to see the bike race at a sound of thunder race at brands hatch, awesome machine, but sad loss of three great names, joey, mark farmer and john britten, RIP
