wow... too bad that youtube disabled the audio. I was attempting to learn how to shape dinner rolls and thought the audio would have also assisted. Is there a link to this video somewhere else where the audio is working? Also... did I see you throw the water on the bottom of the oven with no pan? Could you explain please.
