This is a Arduino based clock, displaying time and date from the ds1307 RTC on a LCD display. Construction details are at http://arduinotronics.blogspot.com/2010/10/ds1307-real-time-clock-working.html

  • I am trying to write a sketch using the arduino and the ds1307, but I can't figure out how to have the arduino check the time, and if it matches a specific time that I have chosen, have the arduino turn pin 7 high and low a few times of my choosing. Can you help me figure it out? I have a sketch that compiles, but it is way wrong, and I would like to start from scratch again. I have been at it for too long, and the people I have asked help from only give cryptic answers that don't help. Please?

  • @Objectivityiskey I might have time to revisit that after the holidays.

  • @fallensub Good observation!

  • When it got to 18th second 0:14 , it just skipped to 20th. Is that an arduino code bug, or some kind of time correction from ds1307?
