Glad that they have the PB bars back! I loved the Tomato soup but I suffered some bad heartburn from it. I only had to do 3 1/3 weeks prior to my surgery. I'm sorry this is late. I'm so fatigued since surgery and slowly getting caught up on all my videos. Connie!
Try replacing a lot of your sugars with Stevia :-) You can find it in the health foods department. Maybe you can make some sort of tasty juice drink to replace the sodas! (I know they're my biggest downfall too...)
