H'mmm. Let's see. One system considers inequality to be evil. The other is based on greed and a dog eat dog mentality. That's not "propaganda". It's a question of values. I hereby make a value judgement. I side with the system that considers unbridled greed and vast inequality to be unacceptable.

Ukraine incident was due to a famine, wtf could soviet union do?? 2. gulags were stalins way of killing traitors ( yes i know alot were iniccent) . yes i know its cruel, it is STALINISM, ok? stalinism lasted for 5-10 years. and 3. did you know 70 percent of former easter european communist countrys people want communism back?

@SovietUnion100 well stalin started the collectivization program and when hte farmers resisted he started taking most of their harvests. The ukraine is a great farming region that easily provided for all, but the political leaders of the time made the ukranians intoo beggers. And when hitler rolled into the Ukraine he too started taking all their harvests not to punish them but to feed his superior german race. he thought everyone in the former soviet union was beneath him.

and, i should know because my great great grandpa was a rich farmer in ukraine, and later when collectivization came up, he lost everything, and he later became crazy because he could not get over it.

and the famine had nothing to do with stalin and his revenge.

@SovietUnion100 this famine was created by stalin due to forced collectivization and that was his way of punishing them because they resisted. why would people want back a one party dictatorship? is it better to live a slave than to be free of slavery? i doubt it.

So where are all the shots of the soviet union war against it's own people. the millions of Ukranians starved to death. the gulags full of political prisoners. or how about the many eastern european countries who were enslayed by the soviets?
