Holy cow an american showing you how to do something to help with a medical problem.
Are you sure you don't want money for your miracle cure? you don't want me to buy a book? no glossy video of your clinic full of happy patients that clearly don't even suffer from the problem?
Thank you!

i rested my arm for 3 weeks that means completley out of the gym and lost mscle mass. the pain was almost gone. i started your excersises with stretches and taking msm/glucosamine/chondrid. the pain got better and was able to strap more weight at the end of the stick .. my forearms are so fucking huge now. these excersises are the most effective ones i found. i am back in the gym lifting at 100% but wearing gloves to be safe. i put alot of effort into this and it was totally worth it. thnx alot

While being in real pain I found rest not working, this exercise helped me get active again within a few days! Thanks! I think 'rest' should always be supplemented with some light movement, otherwise it seems to rust fast...

@AlphaShark8138 yeah I have tennis elbow it's healed a lot, but i got some pain yet, with exercises it goes away temporarily, but when the time goes by it gets better.
By the way, he said: ''this exercise to alleviate tennis elbow, that means to relieve the pain, not only to prevent further injury.''

@ElvisFerbeyre your supposed to rest it for several weeks until it heals then once it is healed you can start excersising in order to build muscle and prevent further re injury... i have tennis elbow and am now currently resting... But i am not a doctor... That is just the best sense i can make of all the crazy different random information i found on the internet... good luck to you...

Can someone explain me why should I do an exercise to heal an injury? Aren't you supposed to rest and stop exercises?
No problem Nigeboxer... the guy in the background was my neighbor at the time..lol. I didn't even know he was in the video until I loaded it up to edit. I dunno what he was tossing over there, but I got a kick out of it.

FatSachs... just rest the elbow by trying to avoid the exercises that irritate it. A lot of the exercises that irritate your elbow while working out have to do with the position of your wrist... it's too much to explain here, but just be gentle at the gym... a few exercises that can irritate it are variations of different curls & upright rows. Once you've rested it for 2 weeks are so and the pain isn't constant, start applying these methods.
