i saw this campaign in bristol the other week. more people now realise these companies do test on animals and it needs to be made public. l'oreal is one of them and they now own the bodyshop which many people do not realise.

Why do they test on animals?? It's been proven that testing on animals dosent/ hasnt helped humans at all!
At advise everyone who has a bebo/face book to join up to hurtful essences group :)

I CAN'T STAND Herbal Essences because of their cruelty! I would and will never buy. Proctor & Gamble, Unilever and all these huge companies are cruel, evil and conducting tests that are unethical, outdated and frankly unnecessary and to buy these products is to pay the salary of the "scientists" and propogate animal testing. Come on folks, you're better than that :-) x

Yes Pantene do test - they are owned by the same parent company as Herbal Essences - and Head and Shoulders.
Lush don't test, neither do Marks and Spencer. For a full list of alternatives see the boycott Procter and Gamble website.
