  • That is such a shame...I would've given an arm and a leg to watch this with Alan Rickman as Vicomte Valmont....wow. I would've loved to see Alan on stage trying to seduce Cecile...

  • Alan Rickman can have the key to my bedroom any day!

  • There are nine minutes (a reviewer's reel) available to watch at the NYPL branch at Lincoln Center. However, you have to have a valid reason to watch it, such as being a student or actor, etc. I went and saw it yesterday - there's the scene between Alan and Lindsay, a short scene between Alan and Tourvel, and a scene where Alan is writing a letter to Tourvel using a harlot as a desk - very hot!

  • @gfks11 -- Thanks dear - I love the late 18th century

  • I did'nt see unfortunatetlty the film, neither listen before the Sait-Saens concerto by DongSuk Kang;I am lucky,I will work with him next July at the Musicalp Festival!

  • This was a totally brilliant production. My first exposure to the leads, of whom I have been an eager fan ever since.

  • I was lucky enough to see this production on stage and I've never forgotten it. Both leads were perfect! I knew then that Alan Rickman would be a star!

  • Thank you!

  • No, I'm afraid there isn't, which I agree absolutely sucks. There was an article with an interview like that-ummm...it was on this random site...I was just surfing through the net see. I'll try to find it, and if I do, I'll send you the url!!
