That is such a shame...I would've given an arm and a leg to watch this with Alan Rickman as Vicomte Valmont....wow. I would've loved to see Alan on stage trying to seduce Cecile...

Alan Rickman can have the key to my bedroom any day!

There are nine minutes (a reviewer's reel) available to watch at the NYPL branch at Lincoln Center. However, you have to have a valid reason to watch it, such as being a student or actor, etc. I went and saw it yesterday - there's the scene between Alan and Lindsay, a short scene between Alan and Tourvel, and a scene where Alan is writing a letter to Tourvel using a harlot as a desk - very hot!

This was a totally brilliant production. My first exposure to the leads, of whom I have been an eager fan ever since.

I was lucky enough to see this production on stage and I've never forgotten it. Both leads were perfect! I knew then that Alan Rickman would be a star!

Thank you!
