I really enjoyed this film, but I know where your coming from. I'm a huge fan of Gina's fighting, all of her moves were true to the techneque of muay thai and abit of ju jitsu, and to say shes not a very experienced she supprised me, I actually felt that Ewan McGregor's performance was fairly weak. Overall I think it was enjoyable, I think the realistic fight scenes were what made it stand out, but its definatly not the film it could have been.

This movie just felt dull and lazy. Bad script, horrible pacing, terrible score. You didnt once care at all for Gina's character, all you cared about was for the next action scene which werent all that good. If you want to see a baddass fem fatal movie go watch HANNA.

What were the aspects such as cinematography, set design, etc. like? I ask cos it was filmed in Dublin, close enough to where I live. Very unusual to find a big film like this shot on Abbey Street!
