aweome I bented this one as well, I'll have to post it eventually too 8)

Ooh, that's amazing. Nothing like my first trembling steps towards bending. Is there a built in reverb, or is that added afterwards?

this is asking to be sampled

This is absolutely beautiful. Music to my ears.

This thing is AWESOME! I've always wanted to make something like this... take a sampled kids toy and mess with it. The granularity and sliced, chopped loops is what gives it appeal to me. I can imagine how awesome this would sound when fed through a Boss RE-20 space echo.
I'd love to know the 'extra' schematics to this... so many more features than what you have already shared.

ok now this is a good shit

Nice construction! Love that box!

Hi, 1st off i would like to say I'm very impressed on how well you knew how to operate this bend. I see some people that are learning while shooting the vid. I just want to know one thing... how the hell did you learn how to do this. is there a book or something?

Thanks, I always spend a bit of time playing with my instruments before I document them.
I learnt circuit bending from a bit of web research, there's a good beginers guide on Reed Ghazala's web site at anti-theory(dot)com/soundart
check out his book also, Circuit-Bending: Build Your Own Alien Instruments, ISBN: 0-7645-8887-7. I haven't read it but I hear it's very good.

Hi two questions;
Firstly where did you get the 8 pin toggle switch from i cant seem to find one anywhere.
Seccondly where did you mount the reset button?
Keep up the good work your stuff is realy great>>>>>>

I get all my components from rapidonline(dot)com, good quality, fast delivery and cheap. Are you working from my schematic? I assume you mean the mode/off switch, DPDT toggle (6 pins), Rapid order code: 75-0088. Doesn't need a reset button as it never crashes.
eddie23a 3 years ago
that's not strictly true about crashing, if the pitch is calibrated (with the 2 trim pots) to go too high it will crash, so you need to adjust it to stay in range. On the rare occassion that it crashes simply turning off and on again will reset.
