My first slow-mo attempt with Sony Vegas Pro 8. Shot at 50i PAL with Canon HV40 - F1.8 - 1/1000 - neutral colors.

Color correction done with Magic Bullet only - Curahee preset with low vignette.

Set 25fps in the project properties [match media], set 0,500 as clip speed and enable smart resampling, stretch the clip twice the original size, render out at 25fps.

If you're in need of a bit of film look set 24fps in the project properties, set 0,480 as clip speed and enable smart resampling, stretch the clip almost twice the original size, render out at 24fps and you're done. Don't forget to deinterlace if your target is the web.

  • It says "This video has content from Vevo and is blocked in Canada due to copyright issues"

Wow, I've never seen anything blocked here in Canada before. wtf?

  • @luvmyctd I don't get it. I don't know if you can see this as well, in the bottom I now read "Includes contents from: Wind Up". Clicking on it brings me to the user WindUpRecords.. WTF?? I have nothing to do with these people. I'll open a thread in the support forum.

  • @luvmyctd Wait. Got it. I put in an Evanescence track, they look affiliated with wind up records. Let me check audio swap..

  • Done it. Hope Bach isn't blocked in Canada.

  • Ciao sei bravissimo. Una domanda.. Questa fotografia meravigliosa la ottieni con questo programma o dipende dalla tua videocamera? Grazie e ciao

  • @0dAb haha, I can see it here in Canada now ... very nice quality too. Strange Canada is blocked due to an audio track ... crazy world :)

  • Good but a little laggy ;)

  • I use it as a plugin in vegas pro 8. It's quite cpu intensive but the results are amazing.
