My best V6 exhaust set up FLOWMASTER one single chamber 10 Series

How loud are these things and what're they running right now? I'm considering swapping out my stock exhaust for some of these, but I'm afraid of the noise level with fear of cops etc. My V6 is entirely stock.

@sharky403 These Flowmaster 10's are loud when driving 2200 RPM's or higher. Pretty mellow the rest of the time. I live next to the Sherrifs office. No police could bother you if you are not drawing attention to yourself. They are not that loud, it's still a V6 and not very loud at all. just sounds nice in my opinion. Stock cats, just baught 2 mufflers and a tailpipe set.

@meifert2 Did you click on my user name, to see my other videos? MAC called me and have the ceramic LT headers and the ProChamber so it will be transformed to a nes exhaust again. Internal work and final dyno tune in 2 weeks.

@robb15033 the Flow 10s have a pre-chamber making them a 2 chamber. at least the ones i had on my first car were like that. Cherry Bomb Extremes before the turbo went on and they sounded amazing.

@meifert2 Flowmaster 10 Series are single chamber, look it up. I wouldn't lie. Cherry Bomb Extreme are single chamber but their baffle inside is angled differently.

Borla XR-1 race mufflers are almost straight through. XR-1(multicore), not XR-1(sportsman).

@robb15033 the VR10s are a true single chamber. Flow 10s are 2 chamber. not sure what XR-1s are.

@meifert2 OK, that sounds really sweet! I'm honestly considering using one CB Extreme and one FM 10 Series, Ha! Do you think that maybe the Borla XR-1 would sound like your VR10's? Also, I am going to look for your video right now. Thanks for sharing.

@robb15033 single 4 inch downpipe no cats, splits into 2 3 inch tail pipes and running through VR10 race mufflers. they went out of business though. Cherry Bomb extremes are basically the same thing. louder and deeper than Slowmasters without the power loss.

@meifert2 Thats awesome, what did you do? This set-up goes away next week. I just ordered ceramic long tubes, hi-flow cats, & a ProChamber. New cam and ProCharger go on first week of March.
