@NecroButcher91 Some good points. I was fortunate to have lived during the '60's when a genius named Owseley was around. The purple product was extraordinarily pure and strong - Jimi wrote a song about it. If this musician performing was behind it you can hear the effect. He is playing ourtrageously in an inventive manner - probably staring at the one string vibrating. But hey, that's how creativity works.

@clarkewi Truth. Acid rock is just rock written to be listened to on acid ( or other drugs). The decline of good acid rock coincided almost exactly with the decline in the availability of good acid! People need to expand their minds and throw off the corporate yoke.
-
@NecroButcher91 That was when rock music went corporate. My advice is to SCREW the corporations and invent your own acid rock. THAT will bring it back to life. Oh, and one more point....don't forget to add acid. That's the most essential ingredient. Good Luck!!!

That was truly amazing - pure creativity. I hear Jimi exploring the Mayan temples.

@wnorcott I went to a concert in 74 with Rush, Kansas, and Hawkwind. I remember a guy in Hawkwind in a frog costume playing a sax. I was thinking WTF? Good concert though.

Reminds me of King Crimson but the drums sound kinda weird are they electric? Either way its sweet

Thanks for listening! The drums are a combination of electric and drum samples and a Maestro Rhythm'N'Sound which you play a guitar through it and it sounds like drums.

This reminds me of a concert or two I attended in Boston in 1974, Golden Earring, Hawkwind and Mott the Hoople. If you remember them you are probably as old as me lol.
