Gala opening of the Skydome had the misfortune of being held on a rainy night, but it was nothing that Andrew Martin and Alan Thicke couldn't handle. Can anyone imagine *anything* remotely like this happening nowadays?

Toronto is one of the worst major sports cities in North America. The skydome sits there a quarter full for just about every event, cept when the Yankees are in town. Also, for the price of 4 Hockey tickets me and my wife and 2 kids flew back to Chicago, watched the Blackhawks, spent the rest of the weekend shopping and for way less money. Pathetic.

Is this for real? It really looks like some sort of SNL parody. Alan Thick & Andrea Martin singing a song about the Skydome?? WTF? What did they do after this a tribute to the Prince Edward Viaduct?
