Emerald + Ruby Void

As of a few patches ago u can no longer kill him with 5 amber drakes... blizzard have given time stop a dimished affect on the boss every time u use it.. and he spawns more drakes which become overwhelming at about 50%

Actually I have a good friend who did it less than two weeks ago.. So unless they changed it in patch 3.2.2 it is still feasible.

The main '1 group' shooter/call-out-er only shot a total of five shots? X_X You got him to phase shift before the first three time stops ran out?

The call-out-er starts out channeling, and the other four of us got his stack up to 10. Then what you have to do is have everyone else start channeling, and he attacks ONCE. That gets the other four of us up to 10 stacks each.

Then it's just a matter of making sure there's always at least one person with a 10stack up. You can sorta see, that each shot is damaging Eregos for ~150k.. soo four people doing that at the same time is quite a bit of dmg.

Also, you can see we don't actually get him to the phase shift before the time stops ran out.. we just got lucky that he didn't spawn any ads in that time :p

He did lay a beating into me in that amount of time though, I would have gotten a third achievement, "Experienced Drake Rider" but I was dismounted as my charge was flying through the air to kill him.. lol.

Lol, it was our "last attempt" at the achievement before we gave up and just did it regularly.. So it was nice to get it done :)

Just did this with 5 amber drakes, didn't really have a rotation, just went hog-wild while trying to coordinate timestops over Vent last-minute. Had one wipe, but went back and did it again and only two people died before we got both achieves.

Doing all ruby drakes to get emerald and amber void was too easy but this is alot more complicated because you have to time the time stops just perfectly so he doesn't spawn whelps, all the while maintaining your rotation with your group.

Did this achievement oneshot. You need to have 3 guys channeling and 2 guys shooting. And good timestop rotation.

not that hard after all, did without TS or whatever.. be sure you stacking it to 10 and be fast on those time stops.. wiped once.
