  • Wall mounted espresso machine that is merely a spring-loaded lever group? Hilarious!!!!!

    What is it called?

  • @arabiccola It's called a Faema Velox Espresso Machine, fully plumbed in, fully functional espresso machine, often used on trains in Europe. A bit more to it than just a spring group....makes darned good espresso too! Today's tasty cup was Ecco Coffee, Brazil.

  • Hi, I'm after a good hand grinder but I need it to grind quite a few other things as well, such as spices, some herbs etc.

Would you recommend this machine for that purpose as well?

  • What's with the rotating motion while tampering?

  • The Kyocera is a nice hand grinder, but seriously if you drink more than a cup a sitting or have to prep for more than 1 person regularly (family, guests etc) you'd have to be a masochist to hand grind. The closed design like the kyocera makes it a little easier but it's still a pain. If they made a hand grinder with a much larger diameter burr and geared it might be tolerable but I don't see a well made product like that around.

  • thanks for the demonstration!

  • Great video, :)

I use a cordless screw driver no problem

  • Do you think that you could use a cordless power drill with it since it has a hex key drive?

  • is it only for grinding coffee beans.. can we grind other spices using this.

  • great demo - always loved the simplicity of the hand grinder. I have an old zassenhaus I am quite fond of..part of a nice ritual when time permits..
