  • splendid. full of meaning of a poem.

    It is a favorite performance.

  • I've always loved your wonderfully modern "old" sound. I've been playing for 30 years and would love to study a bit with you.Do you do that sort of thing?

  • you're lame!

  • Very fantastic sound.Good player!

  • i love your version, mr. wallace!

  • Probably my favorite combination for a jazz combo - sax, bass, drums. Minimalist, but pregnant with possibilities. Lovely sax playing, and brilliant rhythm section.

  • Great control of dynamics and expression. If you want yo can check out my version of the same tune.I also play tenor sax.

I can hear the tradition in your playing but also some henry threadgill's kind of approach.

  • Coleman Hawkins would be proud.

  • I've heard this song in 1001 versions, but now it sounds absolutely new. I love your creativity, Mr. Wallace.

    And happy birthday to you!
