For the past 5 months that I've been working out, I couldnt do pushups for my LIFE, so watching this, I positioned my arms a little differently, and BAM, I can do 15 no problem. I feel like a retard, but an ACCOMPLISHED retard

I can get up and down, but i do banana push ups and i fall right down after.

wanna ask if when doing push-ups, should the position of the hands be knuckle first instead of palm, as it is better for the wrists?
but then the knuckles position hurts...
