PLEASE READ.
So, took Ginger to her first show in like 8 months and she was amazing. We done 4 classes and got placed in 3, got 2nds and a 5th :). She was a total star. Personally, I think my jumping has improved, which is making Ginger jump a lot better, hence why I put the full jumping rounds in, I'm so proud of how well she went! The workers was a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be, it's usually tiny! it wont be big for people who regularly jump big courses, but for me and a 13h cob which hasn't been jumped a course in 8 months managing to clear an 80cm course with a few trick lines and turns, I'm proud of her. 80cm might not sound big, and as a single jump, it isn't, but as a course it's a pretty decent height and I think it was one of the best rounds me and Ginger have done together, she hit the second fence causing her to get teh wrong stride to the third, my fault for not helping her enough, but she went clear. Her show was brilliant, went perfectly:). She went brilliant all day, couldn't have asked for better! The jumping almost never happened as it started to rain, but we done it anyway and she was sososo good, haven't done proper turns in ages so she was a little bit rusty, but her striding was perfect and she was one of only 3 dc's, and we came second, the winner was 0.4 of a second ahead of us, so again, i was very pleased. No crit, I think my riding has improved here, slightly, but still better. Also, Ginger has studs in that were half the size of my finger, they was no chance of her slipping, just incase I get anything for that.
Got a show on Saturday, only doing cross country, ridden coloured and games :), should be good:). Also, I'm hoping to get Blythe out soon as he is looking so good just now, (have a look on my facebook, got new pictures and you can really see his muscle now).
My exams start on Thursday too, so I will be absent from here the majority of the time, for a few weeks anyway.
Sorry for the bible:L, thanks if you read it all, thankyou all my subbers too, I'm at 500+, can't believe it:D!
