  • Great! May I ask of suggestions for windjammers? I've got a Samsung H300 and not quite sure how to build one yourself or buy one. Thanks.

  • @JacSGWR google "gustbuster camcorder" or you can make your own, get windjammer for a larger microphone, cut it down and use a couple of elestic bands, done both, work fine.

  • May I ask some advice? Some buddies of mine and myself are planning a Trip to Great Britian and I was wondering of you had any recommendations of Railroads to visit. Many Thanks!

  • @TheShiftySkies Depends what time of year you have in mind.

  • @pennysteam We were thinking of Late Summer to Early Fall?

  • @TheShiftySkies If we are talking late august then I would suggest NYMR during the week, with a day at York to drop by the National Railway Museum and at the weekend KWVR. If you get chnace I would also recommend going to Porthmadog in wales, needs to be mid week now later than 1st week in september, and you will get a full days action at Ffestiniog along with maybe a day on the WHR.

  • What a brilliant video

  • Cracking stuff and I see you like the ambience too.

  • Hello Ken! Happy New Year - and what a lovely piece of film - again. I can't help but remember when my Auntie moved from Bridlington to Oxenhope in the 60s - only to return to the seaside a short time after. Magic! All the best, Robert.

  • As ever an outstanding film truly brilliant.

  • Stunning piece of filming. 05:30 onwards is amazing. Beautiful sun set and so atmospheric. My absolute favourite to date.

  • Awesome as always. The firebox glow in the last shot is stunning!

  • @TheShiftySkies Places like the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, Keighley Worth Valley, Severn Valley, West Somerset, Bluebell to name but a few of the big ones are pretty decent through most of the year.
