Latvian Edgars Masalskis - Heroic Performance vs. Finland

Latvian goalie Edgars Masalskis' phenomenal 1st period performance vs. Finland at the 2008 IIHF World Hockey Championships. Despite outshooting Latvia 36-5 (!!!) Finland was trailing 0-1 after the 1st period. See the shot chart at the end of the highlights package. Finland eventually prevailed 2-1, but Masalskis was the hero of the game with a remarkable 62 saves in regulation!
