i live right next to an airport, im familiar w/ the stages of descent! im in the process of finding the location of the airport and taking the heading of the light we saw and seeing if it was heading towards the airport! if the light was more than 5 miles out, and heading a diffrent direction then how would you explain that? ive seen the spotlights mistaken for ufo's before but at a relative distane u can see there other lights blinking! (example) lake horn ufo's see for urself...

Aircraft entering the pattern after a long decent. Nearly heading right at the camera for along time and descending. Its a common sight around any major traffic area. See any chart! They then make a turn into the pattern and slow the decent. This gives the illusion of a sudden start of movement. The one that is not moving very fast is a planet, considering where this captured it is most likely Jupiter. Large aircraft follow very strict rules which include precision paths or highways in the air.

only fedex requires the landing lights to be turned on 5 miles out..i dont think these airlines turn on there spot lights until there closer...these objects move right to left and u can see no blinking lights , but u can on the helicopter...

ya this is great footage..the object iss a wee bit small and hard to see, but its not a plane and theres no blinking lights..this object moves in a floating fashion..good post...u cant tell me the secret service couldnt see this object from the top of he white house! they new it was there these objects are well known in the whitehouse...

To other people mentioning the lights, if you look closely there are actually 4 of them. 2 which are orignally kept hidden because the perception is busy ont he 2 main luights visible.

Well, I've just posted two clips from earlier in the recording. The three parts available now are among the more viewable parts of the whole thing. I'm not in principle against providing copies of some of the footage on dvd from the original tape to someone/people if it seemed, for any reason, worthwhile to spend time arranging that.

Drakor, godstomper, shuriken88 and lukeves - I appreciate your comments based on your own experiences. It's very good to know that this has some meaning to others. Tends to confirm what I always thought - which is that what was going on in the sky had no more special meaning to me than to many other people.
i.e. if it was done for a purpose, then it wasn't for me; but as part of a larger plan.

hendrich, I don't know if there is a connection between the music I played and what happened in the sky. I do know, though, that David Bowie has had experiences with UFOs that he's not talked very much about. There's a lot of info out there regarding the Bowie-UFO-E.T. connection, for example in the book 'Alien Rock' by Michael Luckman.

q1: does the background music have anything to do with the length of your video and/or the motion of those 2 lights?
q2: what was your purpose when shooting this video at the first place?
refering to q1, why'd the music start right there?

This is from a 1 hr+ recording of a light going very slowly across the sky. This part begins after I'd stopped a CD that was playing & put the one on that starts with this song. The 1st light continued to move slowly across the sky through most of this CD playing. Only when it went behind a building & didn't reappear did I stop filming. When stilled/enlarged the 2 prominent lights in this excerpt seem to exhibit differing color shades that aren't consistent with usual aircraft light colors.
