Coffee and Walnut Swiss Roll

This is the first time that I've ever made a swiss roll so it's not too bad for my first time right?
I wish my kitchen is bigger (as you can see, it's very hard to film in a small kitchen...)
I think the part where i was rolling the sponge cake into a swiss roll wasn't too bad but there are other YouTube videos that you can watch for other various ways of rolling it.

Other tips:
1) My swiss roll pan size was 26cm by 40cm. You might neeed to add / deduct an egg for adjustment.
2) If you don't like coffee, just add 2Tbsp water.
3) Be patient when whipping up the eggs.

Hi DessertzHouse, just out of curiosity, would it be possible to use the hand mixer instead of blending in the flour? I'm just concerned that lumps would appear if I did not do a good job in folding in the flour. Thanks in advance!

@griffinhearts folding would be better i think...if you use a hand mixer, you are mixing it and the air would escape. :)
