  • what was that black stuff. I want to make that sauce. Look real good.

  • @fortgreene31 Hi there, the black stuff I think you are referring to is Dried Mint. You can find the written recipe on the website HowToExpo or follow the link on the info page of this video. Thanks.

  • This is more like the Armo recipe, my Mom makes this too, LOVES IT!!!

  • @PosiFwd Thanks for your comment and glad it reminds you of your mothers cooking! Mariette :)

  • yum

  • @nhannum123 This is not the greek version demonstrated in the video. It is more like Middle Eastern. There is always mint in yogurt soup in the Middle east. Some people use with very thick yogurt for Jajik others like it thin They even add a little water and ice cubes to serve with kebobs and pilafs. I have never tried your version of Jajik it's interesting and I am sure delicious. I have been in greece once long time ago and I love the greek food. Thank.you for your input. .

  • @HowToExpo i have to find out where i could get dried mint from. Maybe from my local health spot i go to. I have some halal lamb in my deep freezer. I went to trader joes to get Tzatziki sauce. Real good. I will try to make my own sauce save money that way. I also have to find some yogurt thats not dairy if possible. Im trying to stay away from the dairy. Hopefully they have some vegan yogurt or something.
