A great record, this one has a short 'vocal refrain' early, followed by a long section with the orchestra playing alone to the end. 85scampi; - I love the way you include the 'clicks' of your switch on and off at the end. Fantastic solid sounds from an equally solid old radiogram. It empahises the ongoing long life of your machine. By the way, inside the lid are there the memorable words 'CLOSE LID WHILST PLAYING' ? It seemed these words were ubiquitous in all radiograms !

Excellent version - I've heard the Sydney Lipton one, but I have to say I like this better.

85 Scampi, You are a DARLING for posting this wonderful medley. I love them all but I especially love the Chopin.
Simply DIVINE! Thank you so much.
So THAT'S the tune on that Regal-Zonophone Dance Medley of 1934. Never heard the whole thing before.

A lovely song muscleco. Another great version is by Jack Plant (Gordon) on Imperial.
